2.1 We operate the website www.hyetails.org. We are an animal rescue organisation operating under English law.

4.2 This explicitly includes, without limitation, a strict prohibition on using any part of this Site’s content or data for the development, training, testing, fine-tuning, or validation of artificial intelligence models, machine learning systems, large language models (LLMs), deep learning algorithms, or computer vision technologies.

4.3 We explicitly reserve all rights in relation to text and data mining under the laws of England and Wales. Any unauthorised automated extraction or utilisation of our content will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and an infringement of our intellectual property rights.

Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

5.2 This Site displays the logos and branding of our operational partners. These logos are displayed with the explicit permission of our partners and remain the sole intellectual property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use or reproduce partner logos.

5.3 Our Site includes embedded media feeds from Instagram to showcase our rescue work. This content is owned by us or our licensors and is streamed in compliance with the relevant social media platform’s terms. You may not download, replicate, or repurpose this visual content without our express written consent.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

6.1 Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) Donate: We use an embedded CAF Donate widget on our Site to securely process donations. By interacting with the donation feature or submitting financial contributions, you acknowledge and agree that your transaction is safely handled by CAF and is subject to their independent terms. 6.2 Google Forms: We embed or link to Google Forms on our Site to handle enquiries, applications, and information collection. Any data you submit via these forms is processed securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Google’s technical infrastructure.

6.3 We have no control over the privacy practices, terms, or technical security of third-party platforms such as CAF, Google, or Instagram. We accept no fallback liability for any issues, loss, or damage arising from your use of these third-party features.

7. Accuracy of Information and Availability of the Site
